Our Insourcing ServicesFAQs
-
What is a turnkey vivarium lab space?
Turnkey vivarium lab space offers researchers a ready-to-use facility for in vivo research, with housing, procedure rooms, equipment, compliance (AAALAC/IACUC), and staff—so companies can start immediately without building or running their own vivarium.
-
What kind of studies can I conduct in Mispro facilities?
Researchers can conduct biosafety level I (BSL I) and biosafety level II (BSL II) rodent studies that have been approved by Mispro’s IACUC.
-
Can I start with just a couple mouse cages?
Mispro offers Launch and Entry Level options for space which include a minimum number of cages to best support small animal populations.
-
Does Mispro offer private rooms?
Yes, Mispro offers private rooms within its vivarium facilities. These dedicated spaces give companies secure, controlled environments for conducting in vivo research independently.
-
How is a contract vivarium different from a CRO for preclinical research?
A contract vivarium provides the facility, equipment, and animal science support needed to conduct your own preclinical in vivo studies. A CRO conducts research on your behalf, managing study execution, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
